I loved these in lunch counters and chose my seat based on sight lines to this machine. They were also used in Dunkin Donut stores. DD used the plate rack for cups angling them and stacking another row on top of the first layer. I loved the glass basket. I mostly saw it used for flatware thrown in a thin layer in the bottom. I have this spec sheet along with spec sheets from other Hobart models from my father's files. Finding it was one of the joys of my childhood.

As Hobart said back then "Either the Water has to move or the Dishes have to move".
Stationary Spray Arms are OK with a conveyor. But I'll tell you the machine in my Avitar pic had a revolving upper spray and stationary lower. So, Water moving and dishes moving... Whole lot a cleaning' goin' on.
