Although I have to admit that those early KitchenAids in the front row do seem pretty rare, the seller just has to be dreaming at that price, doesn't he?
This is one of those situations where, in my opinion, start the bid at a decent price with a reserve and let the (seller's) market take over. Then, even if the reserve is not met, at least you'll have *some* idea of what it might go for! Just my 2 cents.
