Happy birthday John. It's my boss's 54th today too. I smoked up a 15 pound pig butt with red potatoes and red onions in my Traeger grill.it uses wood pellits and took 8 hours but I set it last night and it was ready when I got up at 5.He's a real ham himself.
Two more birthdays! Seems like we have a lot of April boys overhere!

You are a great bunch of fellows. This has to be my most favorite site I go one each day. I appreciate every kind BD greetings I received today. One thing I'm going to do hopefully before I leave this world is to restore myself, or at least help someone restore a vintage appliance. I believe we need to leave something for the next generation on how good workmanship and pride in the older appliances. This is truly important right now as we are living in a world that throw everything out.
