You need 3 phase power for this baby.
The tube connector on the side is for chemical injection. Looks to be home rigged, as there should be ports on the back for chemical injection near the water valves.
The 3 water valves are 1-hot, 2-cold and 3-hot to flush the detergent compartment.
Most parts from a Gen 4 machine should work on this. Get an extra dump valve, Berkert (drain) solenoid, door lock assembly, and water valves. If the bearings are good, this should be an easy rebuild and you should get lots more years out of it.
But you need 3 phase power...
