...From your first and second pictures it looks like the water is diverted to different sections of the dispenser by a mechical arm linked to the programmer. This was quite a common setup in European machines. You may have just disloged it somehow in the overhall.

Just thought I'd mention it in case you're off on a hunt for an electrical fault. You may already be well aware!

Thankyou all for commanting on this thread. "Aqaurius8000" Thankyou for letting me know about that, i will be looking that up at one point, just read it from a manual. "SuperElectronic" Thanks for letting me know about that, we electronically tested it before we plugged her in for the first time, and my hair has not gone curly so thats ok. Update

Ok Today i had to perform some last minute surgery on the zanussi, which had a problem with the timer. So off with the top, and found that i put the wrong bolt on the timer to hold it in place. I have now replaced the bolt and will do a wash in it soon to see if it still works properly.
