To me it's not as good as with a transmission but the customers love them. They are quiet. Have two upcharge buttons so allot of my customers are paying $5.50 for the longer wash sand extra rinse. So far so good.

Haier manufactures all of the Encore machines distributed by Laundrylux. The also have a new larger commercial line under the brand Hero, Encore, and Unity. They are all soft mount 300g machines.

The spray rinse is what is set by the factory. The owner of the machine can program it for a deep rinse, however the end user is stuck with whatever the owner has it set for. I have had them in my laundromats but mine I programmed for a deep rinse.

I've seen those Encore Washers labeled Haier for residential sales, but only the front load version. Wascomat markets them but there is no claim to making them.
