Fill valves used on Speed Queen top load washer are operated in a binary fashion. They either receive 120 volts 60Hz AC or they get zero volts. Nothing on them is variably modulated by the control board.   

 

A trickle on the hot would be indicative of a clog. Either in the plumbing, the hose, the screens or the valve itself. The pressure switch would have no effect on the flow rate of the valve when said valve is energized. 
 
 

 

Switched in the new inlet valve. Rechecked the hoses, and the filters. No change. Weak cold and hot flows. Strong flow in warm. One thing I can say about the genuine valve, it sure is noisy while it's filling.

Warm flow will almost always be stronger

Because you have hot and cold filling at the same time, sounds like the pressure is low in your building, only way to prove that is to attach a pressure gauge to the hot or cold faucet and see how much the pressure drops while the machine is filling.

You could also post a picture of the flow on hot and cold, etc.

The genuine valve is restricted on both the hot and the cold, more so on the hot, as are most knock off valves.  

 

 

I'm with John, either the pressure in the building is low, the water flow rate in the building is restricted, or you're getting normal fill volume which will be rather anemic with all the restrictions built into modern valves.  
 
Well it's gotten even worse, hot water has a reduced flow rater, cold continues to be a trickle. The water supply line are relatively new (PEX-A). And as I mentioned earlier, when I disconnect the hoses and open the valve, the water flow is fine with no debris in the bucket. Next up there may be a blockage between the inlet valve and the pressure switch. If not, it may be the pressure switch itself. They are inexpensive for the genuine part (203843).

Pressure switches don't moderate the flow rate. They turn the valves fully on or fully off*. Or send a signal to the control board to turn the valves on or off.

*There are exceptions, such as F&P that sends 12v or 24v (depending on the revision) DC power (not AC) to the valves, which apparently can allow for some trickery. My IWL12 somehow directly moderates the valves for ATC to mix and maintain specific temperatures. For example, the fill flume presents 116°F (46°C) for warm (if the hot supply isn't lower and the cold supply isn't higher). It seems doubtful that SQ does that.

Well. It's all nays. How about a suggestion on why water pressure is getting worse. Something that hasn't been mentioned before? What I am doing are possible reasons to remedy the issue as per information obtained online. To be honest this a bizarre situation.
 
The issue has been resolved. The hose filters were clogged yet AGAIN. This is the second time I have replaced those washers. They have been doing some plumbing work in the building, I suppose it has stirred up some debris in the lines. Nevertheless, pressure is back to normal with no error codes. We'll see how long those filters last.
