    Sunbeam Mixmaster Thanks for straightening that out. I always wondered why there was 2 different wattages. At first I thought only turquoise models were rated 135 because every one that I owned or saw on Ebay was 135 watts. Eventually I did see others 12's of different colors with that wattage...

    Kitchenaid kneading times Kelly- I agree with your comment regarding the 2 min knead time. My 1981 Hobart made K45 manual tells you to knead for 7-10 min for most recipes using the C style hook. Today's Artisan using the same C style hook only recommends no more than 2 min of kneading after all...
