Adorable! Well that little guy is just adorable. Like many (all?) Japanese portable automatics from the era, they never spun between wash/rinses. My Hitachi and Panasonic based units also do the same thing. Thanks for posting this, it's really cool! -Tim

First Dishwasher This is a Power Scour model. I have the same dishwasher in portable version and I can attest that this is the best dishwasher I have ever owned. It's the generation just before the Power Clean model. Mine is a 1981. If it's in working order, this is a good unit. Tim

Gold Panel Halo These are 77's I believe. A short time where the shaded cabinet, gold control panel an the HOH all existed at once. I have a 406/7 set the same way in Coppertone. This is the very last of the Halos. Tim

Color Matching Fun This is a hair newer than 69, at least the one in the photos. it's late 1970 through 1972. For a while Hoover would let you mix the colors on these, I've seen green/brown and yellow/green. Interesting looking for sure. Somewhere around 72/73 they became unified color schemes...
