Automatic Washer - The world's coolest Washing Machines, Dryers and Dishwashers

Help Support :

I had never seen a WCI Frigidaire Crown model with a window lid before. It is model #WC-3M-H*1. I haven't tried it out yet. It has no rust whatsoever on the cabinet. What appears to be rust around the holes rubbed off with my finger.

I'm sort of surprised about the Fisher Paykel's too. I've had one about 2 years with no problems, and my repair guy says he can get the parts for them no problem. He also said the most frequently failing item is the diverter valve, which is a fairly easy repair and not expensive if you do it yourself. He said other than that there really aren't any issues with them.

Anyway, I love those General Electrics that you have. I'm wanting to get me an older GE.
See ya.

Wow on the F&P stuff.

Are we truly moving to a society where repair is just no longer practical.
Why not I guess but....

The harvest gold I-18 is cool,
mainly because it is Harvest gold, for sure.
but it does look disappointing considering the quality of the I-18s and then seeing this shell hiding the dreaded White Westy underneathe. And with a window at that.

I like the GEs with the lowest back splash (70s)
