With the weather breaking I finally had a chance to get out my first new play thing I bought back in October and never got to play with. My 1995 Buick Roadmaster Estate Wagin. I absolutely love this beast, so much fun to drive.
One of my first trips was to pick up this lovely Coppertone 1967 GE P*7 range complete with manual, sensi-temp manual, griddle and rotisserie.
It functions well except the small rear burner only hears on high heat. I'm guessing I need to replace the burner.

Beautiful Buick and GE range. As for the burner only heating on high, I think you'll need to replace the switch, not the burner. I've had this same problem in the past and replacing the switch fixed the problem. Enjoy your new toys!

GE did coppertone very well!  That's a beautiful range and all the accessories are a huge bonus, I love good appliance owners :-)

The switch you need for the left rear element is part number  WB23X58  There are several on eBay - this one (link) is used but there are new ones as well.

I like Buick as well, I nearly bought a Chevrolet Caprice wagon like this, many times since I have wished I had.

I've always wanted a Roadmaster wagon, or sedan, they were truly the last of the big, luxurious Buicks. That wagon will do you proud, I hope you get years of happiness out of it.

And when you aren't driving, playing in the kitchen with that hunky coppertone General Electric will be just as much fun, if not more. Now you need a matching year and color fridge.

Nice range!

Sam,

Congratulations! That's a beautiful range -- looks like it was well cared for. And that broil pan looks like it was never used!

The oven is not spotless, however, so I think you really should test out the self-cleaning feature. ;)

I'll order one of those controls, but I'm also thinking about replacing the burner too as it has some damage to one of the inner coils

As for the oven, I purchased this from someone who replaced this stove with gas after moving in, so I'm thinking they just never used the self cleaning oven. I can't say I'll ever run the self cleaning cycle, as this will be in my basement for canning since I need a 40" in the kitchen

Very nice wagon. I tend to look beyond the star attraction in many of these photos. Look at all that space around your home, how far your house sits back from the street. That's a real luxury. I'll bet it's very pretty when the trees and ground cover are all green. It has a "country estate" look. The only thing missing are the gates!

Actually my house sits closer to the street than youre thinking, as the drive comes in from the side then cruves a bit to the 2 car detached garage, the house sits in front of the garage. The property ends where the white Park Avenue is parked, there is a 4 car detached garage on the other side of the 2 car one the wagon is in front of.
I do have 1.25 acres of ground, which all sits to the other side of the house and garage

Beautiful Range. Love the styling of the Control Panel

Always have been a fan of Buick Estate Wagons especially the 1972.

My friend Andy's Mom had one. Ice cold Frigidaire A/C, Power Everything, and a ride like floating on a cloud.

Also got about 6 feet to the gallon as I remember.

None the less, Great Stuff when America was Proudly Manufacturing.
