I just got back home yesterday from 6 days in beautiful Maui, Hawaii. It was my pleasure to get to spend Friday evening with (partscounter) David and his partner Dennis. They had a beautiful Lei waiting for me when I arrived and we had such a fun time! Dennis fixed us a delicious dinner and all to soon the evening was over. Thanks to you both David and Dennis for such a great time! Terry

The visit that almost wasn't...
Terry and I had planned that I would pick him up at his hotel in Ka'anapali. It normally takes about 45 minutes to go from my house in Kahului over to the west side of the island. I left a few minutes early, just in case I hit extra friday afternoon traffic in Lahaina town.
Well, I hit traffic alright! It took me 45 minutes to go the few miles through Lahaina town. That afternoon there was a brush fire just north of Lahaina-the road had actually been CLOSED a bit earlier in the afternoon. Sure was glad I was able to pick up Terry after all that.
My only complaint about our visit is that it was all over too soon! Dennis and I both really enjoyed "talking story" with Terry and look forward to when we can visit again!
We love company and welcome other AW members to visit our island home.

Now that USAirways flies to Maui, maybe I can make a trip sometime in the future. I met you at the wash-in at Greg's house in 2005. My spouse is already making noises that he wants to go to Hawaii for our 19th anniversary next year. We'll see!
