Allen, I have had that T Fal skillet for over 20 years and while the porcelain on the outside has faded from black to gray, the Teflon inside is like when it was new. It is super for hash browns. When I bought this, it was in a set of 3: 6, 8 and 10 inch pans. I often cook one of my veggie burgers in the smallest skillet and the hash browns in the big one. I also have the same cookie sheet in my collection. It is a convenient size for 1 or 2 people. Mine has black Teflon.
