the pics are in posting 13531. Its the Miele LaPerla. When you go and look at them at the dealer this model is usually the one with cabinets. Its very flexible. It adjusts the water softener to the water hardness and you can tell it what kind of detergent you are using. The flexability of this machine makes it a joy to load and use. Plus the neat thing is that its so quiet you dont even know its on. We had some friends over and they wanted to see the dishwasher and they were shocked it was on...there is no noise really to speak of. I had to open the door so they could actually see that yeah it was on and there was water spraying.
There are many cycles from pasta to cheese cycles to glass cycles. Plus you can take the middle and upper silverware baskets out and put tall items in this since there is you guessed it 2 cycles for tall items. It shuts off the middle and its just the top and bottom arms going. I cant say enough...The price well that made me choke and then I thought after spending 1500 on the Dishdrawers by Fisher and Paykel that lasted less than 3 years..maddening to say the least. We figured that we would have the Miele for a long time and we were told its designed to last at least 20 years.you dont find anything these days built like a Miele.
I broke down a bought the Mega Miele washer and dryer this week...they are getting delivered on Wednesday. I am going to have to thin out the herd since I have 2 maytag washers and my Whirlpool set and the Frigidaire 1-18 and my GE dryer, Fridgemore Dryer and Maytag dryer. My basement in Maine is gettin kinda full.
