Am sad yet another member missed out...
But to be fair persons who list things on CL by and large one finds run the gamut.
Some are willing to work with non-local interests others simply will deal with anyone who shows up money in hand first. To be fair that is the purpose of CL which is why many go that route instead of fleaPay.
When it comes to estate sales, CL and other such things that old adage about that early bird and his breakfast often is true. When you consider the almost give away asking price that DW was not going to hang around long, especially after being noted here in the group.
