No..just think the formulas often varies even for countries within europe for the same brand, in Italy dash is the TOL P&G offering while in belgium is more like a secondary brand, Ariel in some euro and extra eu markets is also a secondary brand...
Just like eastern European Tide is different from the portugues one, which differs from the american one, which differs from asian one..
It can happen that sometimes you can find a same product with a graphic resembling one to the other, US tide is sold as Ace in some South american markets..
In Poland you won't find Tide but you'll find Vizir, which has a similar graphic than Tide even thogh in France and belgium Vizir is another thing and different graphic.
About polish vizir I think it should have been the same thing as E.E Tide, but the pakcage I used recently had blue grains and Orange rings like the red ones you find the South american Ariel with Oxy anillos, when Dejan sent me some Tide from Serbia it didn't have the rings and IIRC not even blue grains..
Country you go powder you find, even with the same name and similar graphic expect different formula, perfume etc...
