Help! I had to replace a nonworking Asko dryer. I bought a Blomberg DV 16540 dryer, which has a receptacle for the washing machine to plug into, BUT when it arrived, I discovered that the washer has a 20-amp plug, whereas the receptacle on the dryer is only 15-amp.
I am trying to contact the manufacturer to see if there will be enough amps to run both.
If so, is there some way to convert the box on the back of the dryer to have a 20-amp plug? I can do basic wiring, but want to make sure it will be safe.
Thanks for any advice...
