Better way to dampen sheets???

I am looking for a better way to dampen sheets & pillowcases before they go through a rotary iron. We currently use a simple plastic spray bottle. But sometimes we have to do over 30 sets which leads to a VERY sore hand for my housekeepers at this 15 room B&B. Any ideas for a more automatic sprayer or mister????

Don't dry them completely before ironing.

How about a pump-type garden sprayer or an electric paint sprayer for water-based paints? Either should be easier than a finger-trigger bottle.

I understand there are spray "balls" which you fill with water and you just toss in the dryer together with the dry items you want to moisten, and run a no heat 10 minute cycle.

Dampening Sheet.

When you are ready to iron, toss the sheets in the dryer with two wet bath towels and let them tumble on air for 10 minutes. You should be ready to go. While you're ironing the first run throw the next batch in the dryer.
