Odd that you haven't had the rust issues others on here have described. But I do know (via KA literature posted here, advertising 23 series machines) they still had "Sure-Temp" in the 23 series. Although, I think you could turn it off on the Selectra models, to save time if you already had piping hot water to boot.
Although, after the 20 series, they may have ditched the "Fill, stop:heat to 140º and Circulate" idea, replacing it with "Fill, Circulate AND Heat to 140º, pausing the timer." Again, I'm not entirely sure, but thats what I've gathered from digging through the archives recently, after being curious regarding the rinses and water heating delays
