Of course, it seems primarily intended for people to use handwashing, in washtubs, and I doubt much of the target audience has a need for a "HE" product. They are trying to get everyone used to the presence of enzymes by saying it isn't necessary to rub the clothes as much.
I thought I had a picture of the instructions, but apparently not. Anyway as you may have guessed from the "splat" graphics, it is made by Unilever. In this case, the country of manufacture is Trinidad and Tobago.
Performance was excellent. If there was a way to get it cheaply, I wouldn't mind using it all the time. Too bad you have to go to the Caribbean to get it.
