This is a long-time, known bug in the site's code. It happens during a narrow time-frame when the date rolls over at end of a month. Robert doesn't see it as a serious problem to be corrected.

OMG, you had the same "foil" crap tacked up in your attic that I have. Mine is starting to fall down and get in the way, I'm not looking forward to cleaning it all out, but my attic will make a great game room someday - big enough for a pool table.
