Boom box

I actually owned that exact model boom box in the 80s. It was a high end model in it's day. Recorded and sounded great. Styx, Pat Travers, Thin Lizzy and several young ladies of low self esteem come to mind. Hoo Rah!

15/15...oy!   Love my Ditto machine...used it recently for an event and it really took people back down memory lane when they would hold the copies up to their noses and smell the alcohol (Methanol)  based fluid used in the process.

I only got 14!

I thought the icebox was a refrigerator and I picked the wrong option for teletype (never seen either of those in reality).

I only very vaguely remember pagers, I don't think I ever physically handled one. GSM mobile phones seemed to take over that function with text messaging earlier than the US where you still had 'two-way pagers' when we'd SMS in the 1990s.[this post was last edited: 10/3/2014-13:14]
