Hi Everyone,
I retrieved the agitator (dual-action) from the old Maytag SAV model washer I gave to a friend a while ago. I would like to put it in my Speed Queen washer because it looks so cool.
The problem is the Speed Queen agitator has plastic nubs at the bottom that attaches it to a drive bell and the Maytag agitator has an opening that attaches it to an agitator spline and has to be bolted.
I was wondering is it hard to change the agitator shaft in a washer and how does one do it?
