My wife and I have been vacationing in FL this week. In the condo is a stacked Maytag top load (standard cap)agitator washer with a electric dryer. The timer knobs for the washer and dryer are both on the right side of the control and are white, aqua and gray. The washer has the obital transmission and is a single speed washer. It refers to Inteliclean on the description.
We currently have a Whirlpool Duet HT Washer at home which I loved until now. We used the Maytag in the condo this week and was really shocked how much cleaner and brigther our clothes were. Mainly the whites! We used just regular liquid Tide with a warm wash and cold rinse. No additives were used either.
So now I thinking about selling the Duet HT and possibly investing in a top load Speed Queen. I have noticed that the Duet cannot get grease stains out of my Hanes colored pocket tee shirts either.
I welcome any opinions and advice on this.
Thanks,
David
