Daisy Dishwasher Powder - Any reviews ?

Tonight I bought a 3KG box of Tesco Daisy Dishwasher powder when I was looking for the Value tablets, and decided on the powder purely because it is better value for money and is what my Bosch Tabletop Dishwasher's manual recommends.

I've not used it yet as I still have some tablets to get through.

Does anybody here have any experiences with it ?

I will do, but it may take about a fortnight before I get my current load of tablets finished and can use the powder.

Cleans okay, but blackens aluminium, therefore it must be missing some ingredient that protects metals. Finish doesn't do this, neither do Tesco "All-in-one" tablets.

The cardboard box is rubbish, allowing moisture from the air to form clumps of powder. The last time Finish powder came in a cardboard box, it had a polythene liner and an aluminium spout.

Moisture problems is the reason why Lever's "SUN" and Benckiser's "FINISH" switched to plastic bottles for the powder.

Well I started using it today and all I can say is it works fantastically, with a much stronger scent than any scented tablets I've ever used.

I only need a tablespoon of it per wash for my Bosch Tabletop Dishwasher so it'll last a long time for under £5!
