Another good range of detergents I have found is Marks and Spencer 'Sensitive' tablets for whites, rinse out very easily!

I bought the 120 load Tide Powder HE with Acti-lift last Saturday at Wal-Mart for $17.99.
The 80 load liquid is $11.99.
Just saw that Dillion's/Kroger is doing away with double coupons but lowering their prices on many items. The are dropping the price of Tide liquid by $3; which will be more in line with Wal-Mart.

I don't know if this is more sudsy but IIRC the Actilift system works by coating your clothes so that after a few washes they are able to repel stains. For me I will take stains over the coating.

I always found the Ariel Gels to be too soapy,so i stopped using them,The 3 in 1 pods get no complaints from me up to now,i need to try them without the boosters to see if they're really worth the full price,I took advantage while on offer at Tesco

This 'Actilift' stuff can't be good for the skin or the clothes over time especially as it just stays there.
Actilift is designed to leave a small amounts of an Alcohol
One solves this problem by *NOT* using P&G products with "Actilift" exclusively.
According to P&G's website the benefits of said technology accrue with repeated laundering, as it takes time for this coating or residue to build up. If one has a stash of other detergents, which I do; then swapping out in order to avoid repeated use of God only knows what is avoided.

Hand Sanitizer
I think it's a Ethyl Alcohol, like the stuff found in hand sanitizer, so it can't really be that bad, imo. I understand that a lot of us want as much detergent rinsed out as possible, but, I personally do kinda like the actlift system vs the older formula.
From my experience. Seems like Tide Liquid, does better on Dried, Oxidizeble stains vs the older (non-actlift) formulation. When one practically ruins a shirt, (while out on Vacation, or away from home) it's sorta nice knowing a pretreat agent is already active and will assist with stain removal, giving you a better shot at removing something that's starting to set in.
I personally, don't really have sensitive skin, so I don't worry much about it. Maybe one day, I'll do a side by side test, of one shirt with the Actlift and One with the old formula.
