Hello all,
I know that this topic has come up a few times. Downloading videos from Youtube, Google, etc.....
I have been using an independent source and it works great, but recently I have found something by mistake, that works for free.
I upgraded my "Real Media Player" for windows because they were driving me nuts to do so. So I just did it. After upgrading, I noticed on videos that I would watch on YouTube and others, if you put your cursor on the video while playing, a little sign in the upper right corner would pop up that said; "download video?". So I tried it, and it works great! The downfall is that if you don't like Real Media player, it won't work for you. I did download a few videos just to test it, and it works great. The video you download goes into a file with "RM". You can view from this file, of you can choose to burn the videos to a disk. Keep in mind however, these files will always be Real Media files. It is very easy to use.
I have not tried this on my Mac, so I am not sure if it is the same story as far as them offering this service for Mac.
Thought I would share.
Peace.
Brent
