As I said if you can get it. I have dealt with EL many times as a chef and know how they work. All I was saying was if someone close to the foodservice/laundry industry can get hold of this it is great. I have not dealt with Acorn but they came up when I Googled the product so I posted the link.

...that is a joke, isn't it. It is so obvious that they have a standard answer for everyone complaining about Downy. So the only thing you can do is just not buying it or calling the Downy team if they have a phone number and tell them they may try to reformulate at least one sentence... Oh good lord...

I had to see for myself, I was already expecting a reply like that, I was just hoping (silly me) that perhaps after tons of complaints they would actually listen for once....LOL naive me..
