Yes!
Lots of protein: fish, eggs, cheese, nuts, and seeds.
Lots of vegetables: green and root.
Lots of fruit: mostly apples, oranges, bananas, pears, and berries.
Not a whole lot of starches, though. I've eliminated all wheat products from my diet (except organic wheat), and prefer to bake my own breads out of millet and almond flour.
I still eat a lot of sweets, but mostly stuff I make myself: puddings, cookies, and cakes, mostly sweetened with either stevia, raw honey, or maple syrup.
I eat a lot of coconut oil too; i make my own chocolate out of it.
And I do eat a lot of chocolate, but only the very best stuff that contains no artificial anything, and most importantly, no soy.
