Ok time for an addmisson on my part

I have just gotten over Chapter 7 Bankruptcy... I almost lost *Everything*.. It was due to medical bills and such...As of June 1st, i was (gulp and gag) $567,455 IN THE HOLE... Its all gone now, equifax cleane dup my credit report and i do have it on there, but i also have a good becon score (above 650)... With that said
I can't keep a checking account. Everyone i've ever had i've overdrawn within 2 seconds... I am bad with money. I am better now, but my record is terrible.. I have 3 credit cards i use daily and pay off every 28 days. They total about 60% of my net income monthly (ie: there limits) so i charge them up and when they're used up, my ass is broke.. Plain and simple..So i pay 9 bills a month.. I do have a saving account and money market, but hardly use either other than to cash my checks etc..)

Well. I NEVER!

I cant be sure if that is aimed at the Greek in me, the notorious F.A.G in me or if it's just damned funny.

Ah thank you ...I knew Ihad to give SOMETHING up for lent. Now I have figured out what.

Any possible thoght of CM's @$$. *LOL*

"I too leave my oven door open after using it to add heat. I used the oven once a day during the last ice spell."

I've been baking up a storm for the last three days.

Muffins, pies, casseroles, baked pasta, everything I can throw together. In between, I leave the door open, and my mother comes down to hang out and have tea! The kitchen gets like a furnace and I'm in a wifebeater and she's got two quilted bathrobes on!

The other night I had three bears in my kitchen for cocoa! (Neighbors, not woodland creatures...) You'd have loved it!

What a riot! And I thought I was gonna be lonely....

There are quite a few guys who wanna piece of my... Never mind.. ROFLMAO..

How did we get from fugly bathrooms, to faberware ovens, to my tush... LoL

The other night I had three bears in my kitchen for cocoa!

Some time soon there will be tons of AW.org bears meeting!

oh child. you have been through plenty. Didn't mean to strike a nerve.

Repeat after your dear old auntie Togs that appears to have Tourrette's:

Dicipline and self-control are NOT naughty words.

All kidding aside things don't bring happiness, status or class and can't fill voids, emotional or otheriwse.

Please be good and kind to yourself. You are worthy of love.

Don't torture me like that, I can't wait!!! I am so loved deprived!!!!! Have Mercy!!! Yee Haww!! Ride 'em Cowbears!!!!! (thud, falls on flor)

The other night I had three bears in my kitchen for cocoa!

Well DARN, I guess I didn't keep that oven going long enought over those 5 days. Could have had a whole bunch slide on into my front door from the ice!!!

Have always heard, the quickest way to a bear's heart is through his beautiful tummy/belly!!! I've just not gotten the chance to try out the theory :-(

LoL... Yea... Whats funny is that my mom (and grams) both kinda thought that the first thing i would do would be to run out and buy a NEW 30,000 exploder or something.... Nope.. I delt with a crappy truck for a while and i love my ol exploder.. When everything was right (and i found something i liked as much as my inifniti)I bought a $10,000 car...
No one doesn;t need to own a NEW expensive car
No one doesn;t need to live in a expensive house
No one doesn't need lotza useless crap...

Been there, done that, i have the t-shirt... I am 23 y.o all young people make tons of dumb mistakes.. Not striking anything, just sharing the truth

NEVER EVER pay ANY medical bills YOU can not afford... There is nothing they can do except harm you're credit. That you can fix at any time.. ESp. don't pay with loans, credit cards or anything else.. I did this (i had a Visa with a 125,000 limit and it was rung up beyond beliefe)

Never ever lie about you're true income-ESP. with credit card companys.. Who hasn't fudged one of those by thinking you will make thine self look better.. NOT...

There are more, but me is pooped..

FYI:Did ya get the full moon Toggs??? Tehehehehe...

Yea there are SOOO many men, so little time... But even if Adam and i don't have a great relationship, it soon will work it's self out

No.. I have no more money problems.. It just costs too friggin much to live.

Hheheh....:-)

Side note:
I do everything by weekly payments as well... Like i will be paying $86 a week on the corolla for 3 years.... Or $34 a week for insurance..

Oil-Filled Radiator

I take the point about the cost of resistance heat, but I'm in a three-storey house of nearly 4000 square feet. Beleivest thou me, it is wayyyyyyyyy cheaper to run one oil-filled radiator in the bedroom than it is to toastify this mausoleum.

Show us your swamp cooler.

Well i don't have one since "the" operation. But here is one to gaze upon. See "evaporative cooler"

Latent heat of vaporization=> changing water from a liquid to a vapor requires input of heat energy. [Jsut like hot water to steam.) Therefore as water evaporates it cools the area by absorbing heat.

I have seen these and IMHO they are great for heating and cooling a small area. IIRC up to four may be used with one outdoor unit. Negates need to condtion an entire structure or level/floor/storey.

It is interesting to note that the compressor in the heating mode runs up to 50% faster (than usually) to extract a greater level of heat from outdoors, concentrating it and bringing it indoors.

A small 3" hole in the wall allows pipe and wires to link the indoor and oudoor units. These have been popular overseas for quite some time.(If 4 inches = 102mm, then three inches should be about 76mm).

Our house...

...has two lennox pulse furnaces, and a few wall furnaces. but the upstairs gets soooo hot in the summer, you need a/c's to assist the upstairs central air.

This house we just bought has a Mr.Slim since there isn't a forced air funace to install central air. It's the cool only model and it's mounted near the ceiling over the stairwell going upstairs to the bedroom. Obvioiusly it won't cool those bedrooms come summertime so we might need another plan for that. I have it set on "fan only, auto" at 73 degrees and it comes on automatically when the temp up their in the cathedral ceiling hits 73, blows that warm air back down then shuts off, fairly quiet too. Has made a big difference in how often the heating kicks in.

My house...

...looks sort of like the brady bunches in a 21st centry sort of way. when you come in, you walk down two steps into a little mud room and then you walk down four more into the living room. I LOVE IT!

~but the upstairs gets soooo hot in the summer, you need a/c's to assist the upstairs central air.

Often an additional register/grille will add more cooled air to the area.

Also the RETURNS must be located HIGH ON THE WALL or in the ceiling to help the cooling process. This is especially important where heating is the chief concern and the supply register/grills are mounted low on the wall, or in the floor.

Often a builder will "forget" to add a high-wall return when a house has warm-air heating and central A/C came later. Just have a big [12" x 12" return air grille(or larger)] added to the highest point in the conditioned space.

If you have only one or two larger return grills, add an operable (openable/closable) grille and close this lower one . This will force air to come back to the system via the NEW high-wall return. This should help.

Another way to cool the top floor is to add a thermostat (het/cool)in a room on the top floor and have it start the FAN only. When the upper rooms become too warm the fan starts to mix-up the air from the various floors, reducing statification(i.e. hot on top, cool on bottom). Just be sure to set it slightly above the main thermostat's setting.

Hope this helps.

There are,

TWO lennox pulse furnaces with central a/c's. One is upstairs in the "utility" room and another in the laundry room. Why we need aditional a/c's upstairs is because almost every room up there has bay windows and they let alot of heat in if you do not keep the shades closed. Well how I like it bright, i keep the shades open so thats why the main upstairs ac has a hard time. the downstairs works perfect though. the wall furnaces are for spring or fall. there are two, one in the room you walk into when you come in the front door and one in the back patio. the pulse furnaces sound like a car without a muffler even with the muffler kit. i think they are efficent and hope they never fail the recall test.
