Even to this day, most North American built Electrolux products don't have PNC numbers. You generally only see them on products imported to the US from their their European, Asian, and Australian factories. But you're right, that's not an Electrolux tag.
And yes, good eye, that is a Maytag tall tub dishwasher.
The "E" near the end of the model number indicates the model was introduced in 2005, which was the early days of the Electrolux Icon product line in the US. My guess was that their Frigidaire dishwasher plant in the US was focused on more basic products and did not at the time make a "high end" stainless tub dishwasher suited to the Electrolux Icon brand, but they needed a complete product line so they decided to buy in that machine from Maytag.
They did end up later designing their own stainless tub dishwasher platform for Electrolux/Icon to be built in their US plant, it had a lot of reliability issues. That was discontinued nearly a decade ago and now they are importing their stainless tub dishwashers from Italy. Didn't seem to help their reliability much though; Consumer Reports still rates Electrolux as the least reliable dishwasher brand in the US. The US plant is back to making basic plastic tub Frigidaire dishwashers only.
