Great Stuff...
Good you`ve really gotten to grips with this big bertha havnt you!!!...at least you have stuff that you can sort on yours...the one I picked up from Swansea had been looked after well (internally / mechanically) by the previous owner, new belts, boots pipes etc...but had suffered rusting from the tub / motor mount bracket...its currently having a patch and arc weld done by Mark etc along with the clutch overhauled...then all I need is to buy shares in Halfords Paints etc...Lol
It was good to hear it spin for the first time, soooo quiet!!! and straight up there no faffing about!!
Happy Washing, Mike
p.s. what is it with those pressure pots & piping, had a call from Dad on sat morn to say the quartz had overfilled & flooded the kitchen...so whipped the back off & diagnosed cracks in the hose to pressure switch, which had just enough slack to cut and stick back on to the pot, and also the pipe from the pressure pot to tub had a pinhole of wear in it, course everything in storage so managed to get to the local aquarium shop and nab some rather funky dayglow green piping for the tub connection...all working fine and half load level now working a treat!!! Oh Classic machines!!!
