Frigidaire FL won't spin

Hey all!
A friend of mine has a Frigidaire front loader, the smaller model that they came out with first. It's about four years old and won't go into the spin. Any ideas what could be wrong and what to check for? She uses HE detergent and doesn't overload. I don't have a clue as to the mechanism in these new front loaders.

Hi Bobby,

Does the drum move at all? Or does it tumble wash, but doesn't go into a higher speed spin. If NO drum movement at all, most likely it's the motor controller board. If it wash tumbles, but doesn't drain or spin, it could be something stuck in the pump. If the water doesn't drain out, it won't go into a spin cycle, will just tumble back and forth. Model # will help......did you get the screen washers I sent you????

Yes, and thank you so much. I thought I sent you an e-mail stating I got them and I owe you a dinner. Let me know when. The details on the Fl washer are sketchy. It tumbles, but no spin. I am not sure if the machine is draining or not, I have to see it. This is my friend Val, whose sister has the Maytag DW that got the new power module. I'll get over there to check it out and give more info.
