Frigidaire front loader woes

My sister got a new Frig f/l in Nov 04..... due to her back, she decided to raise it up with one of their platforms. The other day, I over to install the platform, following the directions, I gently laid the machine on its side, installed the platform, we returned it to the upright position, reconnected, tested, etc, everything seemed to be ok. A few days later, she went to do laundry, and the machine will not wash or spin. Did I do something to it?????

does it fill and drain? Does the "door locked" light come on? Check the door strike on the inside of the door to see if a piece is broken off. Hope this helps!

We had Frigidaire service come out yesterday to check...the motor speed board was defective....they said that nothing involved with placing the machine on a pedastel could have caused damage..... (phew!)
