Here's one that is in almost every 50s cookbook (and a few new ones). Was fun to make and good comfort food on an autumn day.

Kevin, YUMMM!!!!!!  Oh boy!!  Naturally I love anything that has a Mexican slant to it.  Also, what is the recipe for the frozen tropical drink that was awaiting the whirl in the blender?

Bob,

We made pineapple smoothies to go along with our tamale pie. Peel and core an whole pineapple, chunk it up and put it in a blender with a little milk, powdered sugar, a splash of vanilla and some ice cubes. Kind of a pineapple version of an Orange Julius.
