I did a very same load last nite in the 58 DUO with the same abount of TIde HE and got very different results, very low suds: see the photographic evidence below:

This was last weeks post

same load , same amount of Tide HE. But this was the first load to be done in that machine in a year. So either there were residual detergents or maybe the Tide HE has to work into the clothes? But these machines rinse well so there really isn't any detergent left in the clothes.

Very interesting. I love how Tide HE suds collapse and are whisked away in the Assured Rinse after the wash - no traces left behind to dull your washing.
