I ran across this today @ a local used appliance shop the lady wants $100 "as is" and says she has never tested it. She told me the only reason she hasn't scrapped it is b/c movie prop people might buy it one day? Which makes me think she knows more about it than she says... But who knows

One thing I've noticed about old Maytags. If you can pull off the agitator and get a look at the stem mount it will give you an idea of what you may be in for.
