Ham Glaze

Anybody try La Choy Sweet/Sour sauce as a ham glaze? I'll report on success/failure later. Merry Christmas to you and yours!

The La Choy sweet&sour should make a very nice ham glaze. I like to use plum jam with a little bit of dry mustard mixed into it for a ham glaze. It really is so simple and gives a delicious flavor to the ham.

Eddie...I've used cherry jam...but Plum sounds so perfect and so British..next ham I will try this Thank You. Cheryl

The La Choy was a hit. Plus it's one more bottle out of the refrig!

Yeah. That's what it was Trendy. Not "I forgot to get any other glaze and the bottle was past the "best if used by" date!
