Helen's sister HATES her new machine.

As you know, Nancy (Helen's sister) called a repairman out to change the pump in her old WP and got conned into buying a new machine.

Well, she bought a BOL Roper and she hates it! She loves her old machine and wants it back. Next time I go up there, I will change the pump and get the old WP running again. How can I know in advance if it's a 3 or 4 port pump? It recirculates but it doesn't recirculate while it drains. 4 port?

Should be a 4 port pump

PART # 285317 3 PORT (smaller port for recirculating filter, which stops when the machine drains because the flapper changes postion.

To get the correct part, ask Helen's sis to look at the model #. Then research the model # at Sears website or go to a parts house and ask the partscounterman ; )

Playing guessing games will lead to frustration.
