HELP freaking Haier washer problem

Ok this is the first I ever had this happen. Water drain pump is not working at all. Tub is full of water. How can I drain this freaking thing. Also can I replace this cheap pump with something a litter better built.

model is a hlp21n

find where the pump filter is unscrew it and catch the water in a bowl or pull the machine out pull the drain hose out of the drain pipe and hold drain hose into a bowl or bucket

look on ebay for a pump

That worked slow but worked. Now off to get prices of the pump. I do have a danby twin tub on backorder but need this till it gets here.

might be able to take the pump apart and clean it-could have string or something
wound up in the impeller.

Took your tip and open the pump what I found is odd. How this even got there I have no ideal I am the only one to use this washer. Two big pieces of clear plastic and foam.
