TL?

I'm wondering if someone of you could post some pics of TLmodel...like those we saw in catalogue pages...specially the 60CM WIDE!!!!!!

I have never seen a clear picture of a right hand drive Philips before - cheers for posting. Were these sold in the UK at all?

Love the deep blue styling on the 303. In the UK we had the 707, but would I be right in thinking there was an 808? A colleague of my mothers had a left hand drive Philips with deep blue features and 808 springs to mind for some reason. I have attached a piccy of the matching dryer to my mystery philips. love that blue!

cheers

Philips Top loader 60's / 70's

Hi Paul, That pic you uploaded of that Philips Slimstar i think would dated from the mid 70's (i think) only because the Last Thor Automagic i picked up from London about 2 years ago, the guy brought this exact machine brand new and stored it in the garage until the Thor gave out..when i went to get the Thor the old gentleman asked if i could help with getting the Slimstar into the kitchen, it was still in the packaging, and i helped him plumb it in and it still had the packet of free washing powder inside !! Thinking about it now, wish i had asked if i could have purchased it if him, the styling was great on it, and being brand new would have been fab.
Cheers
Keith

What a trick!

:-D A slant front door but not a slant front drum!
Seems to be like some Candy here during late 60s early 70s...the little round lid was "throwing" (sporgente), from the front wall of the cabine although it was not a slant front...
Mhmm, Philips has not been ever saved on lide size even during those years when washing machine used to have got thos very little "holes" called windowed lid...

GOOD!
Thanks Loui for sharing

WOW!!!!!

I swear I need to take a picture of my Grandads Philips dryer in Almond with brown control panel and orange graphics. Same Dial as the Later Series With Timer on the Right as Louis posted.

I love that design,

Great memories of me putting the wet washing from Nanas Philco into the dryer and setting the timer for her on instruction.
