just decided to snap a pic or two as I was doing a load. You can see the water level in one pic on the right side of the door glass. It has always done a fabulous job.

LOL. Reminds me of a funny story about our first summer in this house. My partner (Scott) , who is a remodeling carpenter, was doing the kitchen of the lady next door (Kitty). When the appliances were delivered and tucked into the garage pending installation, Scott called me over to see them. Front and center was an Asko dishwasher. Kitty was in the driveway and I shouted "Hey Kitty, nice Asko!!!". At first she didn't know what to think,. but after that we were/are very close friends.
Sorry for the "shaggy dog" story.

Nice looking Asko one the last best models before they did go downhill.
The panel looks very similiar to mine, just the controls is abit different,
from the look's of the programme dial it also seems like there is two programme selector dial's? is that true, and does it have a heater? Thanks

Yes, two dials...one for the cycle - Prewash - Wash - 4 rinses - Spin - drain -- and one for Normal - Perm Press - Delicate
It's been a terrific washer with minimal breakdowns, on its third motor and second drain pump, second belt, second hot water valve. Yes, it also has a heater!!
