Clearly a case of OCD

The poor Dear!

I can only imagine what the kitchen looked like!

Oh, and Don, grab those cans of Wisk. She probably wasn't strong enough to turn the caps to open them.

Could you maybe grab the griddle out of the 56 Liberator drawer for me? Come to think of it grab the burners and the meat probe too.

A torque spring for the Uni would be helpful also.

Thanks Don! I'll send ya a check!

Don - looks like the fellow had some help with a device called an Escalera - should you find yourself with little help - they'll make quick work of getting these out of the basement.

If you haven't had any dibs on the 58 Filter Flo ----- ;-)

Ben

It can't get any better

I so love how none of the machines work, all in a horrible state of disrepair--HYSTERICAL-- and Santa Chester has to stay up all night fixing them. Peeing with laughter.

Don't worry...

I've arrived at Don's and we're getting ready to get another load out of there now - it's a bit tough, all those stairs...but we'll manage. I think Bob spoke up for the 58 set and the 47 Frigidaire has been claimed ;-) but all the rest of these have to go - the owner is a very nice guy but says they have to be out today! Check out the picture and let us know or they'll be out for the scrap pick-up tonight. The owner is keeping a newer GE Harmony set, he said it was the only one that did a decent job of washing/drying...

(sorry, all the signs and advertising pieces have snapped up and are hanging in Don's living room - they look FAB!)

Greg, you better put my name on that beautiful Frigidiare 58 turquoise set, you know how I have been "pining" for those....Terry

Oh, sorry Terry, Bob got the turquoise set already - but that lovely set of 57's is still up for grabs, doesn't seem to be any interest in those.

Don's in the other room looking for a chisel and a scraper - something about the floor tile so I'd better get going now.

We'll check in again in a bit!

What wonderful Secret Santas you hansdome elves are

Could I have the 51 Unimatic if it's the overflow model which think it is. Tempted to buy Marks 51 Double rinser, I promised to let someone else have it. See how generousity comes full circle. Now I'll get my preferred choice--and FOR FREE. Thank You all so much. If I leave now I'll be in Minneapolis for the 11 o'clock news. Will that work?

Whew! DONE!

It was a big job but we got done just in the nick of time. Don said he wanted a sample of the paint colors, so that took a while longer, but we're done and on the way back to his garage to unload and gaze at the fruits of our labor!

Good find, Don!!

Hey Greg, did you find any spare parts for those ol' relics you relieved the estate of? Boots for slant-front Westinghouse washers? Pulsators for those Frigidaire washers?

This is such a deliciously evil thread...could you even imagine if this were to happen and have the reaction on video...priceless.

Darwood~

I hear Endora screaming 300 miles away in Ft Lauderdale!!

Darwood, Dear.... You are going to be so SORRY when I return to Westport! lol!
