Howdy to an old friend!

Hey John or should I say Mr. Sparkle!

Glad to see that you are back, and in fine form! I thought about you after the horrible London bombings. I am happy that you are safe and well!

Congrats on getting your degree! Now, my friend, what do you plan on doing with it?

Take care - will catch you on the posts or in the chat room!

Venus

Welcome back Mr. Sparkle.

YOU ARE OFFICIAL in my book!!!

Congrats on your degree... (Is it "still" a "Decree" on your side of the pond?)

A title ...exciting... shoudl we call you Sir?

Keep posting!

BTW have you found out for your dear ole' buddy Toggle why it is that Brit cookers have a reputation for leaking current? LOL LOL LOL

Be well.

Contaminated Casseroles!

Toggle:

There will be no leaking of current on my food by any cookers, Brit or otherwise! ;-)

Thanks Y'all!

A big thankyou to everyone who was thinking of me! he he makes me feel quite wanted! Luckly for me i wasnt in London at the time, nor was my father, who actually takes that tube on a regular basis!!! So it was a bit worrying for us at the time. But not to worry ill be back using it again , no problems, these idiots will not stop me from riding the tube.

Hmm thaks for the msg Venus, but im not sure what to do with it now!

Im really at a point in my life, my schooling is all over, im 25, and now need to start my life! I feel like Im standing on the brink of my future, but im so confused about what to do! Im applying for graduate jobs, but its so competitive that Im not holding out too much hope, I think they all want experience, something i do not have!
So should i get any job in computing now and get experience, then apply for graduate jobs again in a year or two? What I REALLY want is to see the world, I want to come over and work in NY for a while, but Its hard to get in, again without experience!

So I just dont know what to do for the best! If any of you guys can give some advice please do!

Also because I took 2 years off, i qualified late, so Im now 25, 26 In October this year!!!!! Do you think Im too old, now im pushing 30, or do you think Im still pretty young? I do worry that Ill be too old to do all these cool things soon!

Oh my Toggle baby, I will do my best to researh all about our currents leaking, and let you know i can assure you tho that touching my espresso machine with wet hands was not a nice experience if the cooker was also on!

Ohhhhh and I have decided i want to marry a Texan! I LURRRVvvvvveeee the accent, been watching tv and its so sexy a texan drawl, Mmmmmmmm.

Ok Ill sign off im sure your sick of my rambling by now, ohhh I have a nice guess o rama coming sunday when Im back home, of a classic British appliance for you !!!!

Peace to you all, John xx

John-

You are never too old to do anything! Even the fossilized father of our current (cough) pResident jumped out of a plane in his old age!

Maybe you need to bum around Maui for a couple of years. That'll give you experience (Oh, you meant WORK experience. Sorry.)
