Looks to be in pretty good shape, but I didn't plug it in to test.
No counter top.
Color is off-white. Not sure what Hoover called that.

I'm tempted, but I have a model 0519 in harvest gold and little room for more machines. Holding out for something else.

Am willing to bet if the unit is complete you could take it in, spruce it up and sell it on to a member. If packed well these units travel easily via UPS and despite their size aren't that heavy.
