How can I become an upgraded member?

Hello,
I want to become an upgraded member, but I dont exactly know how.

Ive clicked the UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP button, and I want to pay, however I dont have a PayPal account.. on the page where I wanted to make it, on the list of countries there is no Serbia, and I just dont know what to do

Please help me

It appears that Serbia isn't on PayPal quite yet...

Maybe this year though?

So, without PayPal in Serbia I can't become an upgraded member?

Is there a possibility for maybe selecting some other country? Because we are on international Bank (Societe-Generale)

To be honest, knowing our media and authorities, I don't belive PayPal will be in Serbia this year, neither next too xD
