These were such great little dishwashers for small old kitchens and apartments. Were any of these made with the Constant Rinse under the lid?

No, I don't think so.  Even the front-load portables (the Deluxe and Regency - the ones you couldn't convert to built-in) didn't have that feature.

Hi guys.

The Top Loads never had a Constant Rinse.

The later series Regency and the Other Front Load Portables had the 18 series Wash System which had the Constant Rinse and the Upper Spray Arm.

Then when the 19-23 series debuted... No Constant Rinse.
