We finally got the dishwasher installed and fixed the leaking fill valve. We turned on the power and the motor revved right up, but there's absolutely no water on any of the settings. Does this look to be a pump problem?

The pump has no relation to filling the dishwasher with water.  Check for voltage at the valve wires during a fill period.

This model has an overfill protection float.  Jiggle it to check if it's stuck in the up position, and listen for the faint click of the switch when it's lifted up/down.  Check the switch for electrical continuity.

An earlier picture of this dishwasher showed that the overfill float was missing inside of the dishwasher. I just assumed that somebody took it out or it broke and the overflow switch was wired around but maybe it fell out or got lost in transit.
No float means the switch is up and no water will flow. Check eBay, there seem to be a lot of floats that will fit in there. You shouldn't be able to pull it out of the hole but if the little stopper at the end of the float breaks off you can pull the float out. That's how my KDI-58 is but the overfill system still works as it should, the overfill level is probably reduced by the 1/4" or so of the missing stopper height.

Found the float

The float had rolled out, but we found it and it's still not getting any water.Guess we'll check the voltage at the valve wires

Working but now leaking

Well, turns out that she just needed a really good clean up. The dishwasher is up and running, but we discovered a nasty tear in the seal that is causing a leak so that's the next thing to fix I guess. Thanks for all the help.
