Okay, here is the issue. It's the circulation pump and motor that is faulty, so the diagnosis stands. Parts are ordered and should arrive at the shop on Monday. Not sure when it will be installed.
Harley - The place where I purchased the machine is a Mom & Pop. They want to try and correct the problem first. I said okay, however they did not say I could not have another machine. I told them I would upgrade to an even higher model if it came to a replacement. Yes, you are correct with the 3 issues within a given time period, 1 year.
Eugene - No filter screen etc. on this machine.
Henrik - Yes the machine is getting enough water. Did the breaker on/off trick, results the same. No error codes.
Malcolm - Did the pitcher trick. Results the same. "They" did not install the machine, yours truly did, and yes, everything was replaced, and flushed the water supply valve/line before installation. Have done a bunch of them and know exactly what is right and wrong. Off topic, anytime new appliances have been purchased, THEY never install them. Always me. I don't trust (no pun intended) the bumbling idiots! I could go on and on with that subject. Peace for now on that.
Yogi - Thanks for caring. I was surprised a KitchenAid would fail like this as well being only 3.5 months in use. AND as clean and careful with everything, especially appliances. The Appliance Center told me that I could have another one, but let's try repairing first. I agreed. However, I would not mind getting the TOL Model. Sounds like I might be trying to break it right? LOL!
Really, "Did you plug the TV in" OMG, but, you are right, I get it.
Harley - Your camcorder story is typical. It is funny too. However, when someone tries to tell us something so silly and stupid about OUR appliances, especially who these folks hire today for repair. OH no honey, I am not the one! This dude most likely would not have even known the Difference from my washer or dryer, especially the Maytag Neptune set. I can hear it already "which one is the washer?" Anyway, getting off topic again.
Will keep you all posted on my Dishwasher issue. AND, I have a lot of company coming this weekend. Guess the old sink and hands will get a work out.
Thanks for caring all. (most likely the longest post I have ever done)
