Our Hobart Superba KDS19 has a small leak coming from the top of the motor. It is fine mist leak on the top of the motor when something plastic (impeller?) is spinning.
Is it possible for me to fix this leak? I am not an expert! This forum's members have helped me twice before to keep our dishwasher going.
I have parts and repair manuals. Parts and repair advice welcomed. There are lots of washers and gaskets listed above the impeller on the parts diagram. It's rather intimidating to me. Thank you support members.

You need a seal and impeller kit.

CAUTION!!

When disassembling, you will come across spacing washers on top of the drain impeller (properly spacing of the wash impeller) and washer(s) under the drain impeller (proper spacing of the drain impeller). Carefully remove these and separate them so they don't get mixed up. If they are mixed up or lost, you WILL have a leak and require the impossible to find gauges for proper spacing. When reassembling, install the washers back in the same exact locations and orientation. Doing this will allow you to skip the spacing process.
