My gosh, he could probably hire on as a lineman. There's a national shortage of them, and they make good money.
And while he's right that the lower wires are the lower voltage, kitty was getting up there by the secondary, which is nothing to mess around with. If he's gone up higher, he'd be in the primary, which could make for some fried kitty - and maybe yet another blackout.
Alls well that ends well, however. Glad they were reunited.
